Our menu changes both seasonly and weekly, depending on produce availability and chef choices. We move with the earth using what is provided. Our meats are always organic + sourced locally + we love using as much wild hunted meats as possible. All of our produce is grown within the shire, organic. We honour the reciprocal relationship between us, the earth, the plate. We cook in olive oil, lard, butter - avoiding toxic seed oils. We are devoted and in love with using quality, for a healthier mind - body - spirit
